Founder CEO & Managing Director

Vimal brings over 35+ years of entrepreneurial, hospitality, real estate development and operational experience. He has been involved in all facets of hospitality and real estate business to include new construction, renovations, designing and operations of hotels and resorts in USA, Europe, and Asia. He has been involved in dispositions and financing of real estate and hospitality projects in USA and South Asia during his career. Vimal is a graduate of Colorado State University, Boulder, Colorado and a postgraduate in Business Administration from New York University, New York.

Shashi Razdan

Partner & COO

Shashi is a Sales, Marketing & Operations professional with over 29 years of experience in various Hotel Chains like Louvre Hotels, IHG, Oberoi’s, The Imperial Delhi etc. during his career he has worked in various positions in hotel operations & Sales & Marketing. He has been involved in wide ranging business responsibilities including Achievement of Sales Targets, Budgeting & Forecasting, Revenue & Distribution System, Setting up of New Projects, Identification & Development of New Product/Business Opportunities, Marketing, Hotel Pre-Opening, Development of Advertising, Promotional & PR campaigns from writing agency brief until execution, collateral's, sponsorship's & customer research.

Manish Anant Potdar

Manish has over 25 years of working with new start-up companies and putting them on growth trajectory. He has deep knowledge and experience of corporate finance and reporting across various stake holders. His expertise lies in developing teams to launch sites across the country and managing the reporting and control provisions. His strength lies in managing MIS systems and reporting.
